ShoreKeeper Property Watch℠ provides scheduled property checks for vacation and second homes in Ocean City, New Jersey. I personally visit your property while you’re away and perform a thorough visual inspection using a 30+ point checklist. My goal is simple: to help identify potential problems early and give you the peace of mind of knowing someone local is keeping an eye on your home.

During each visit, I check both the interior and exterior of your property for visible signs of problems or unusual conditions. This includes checking doors and windows, plumbing and potential water leaks, heating and cooling systems, electrical conditions, appliances, and other readily observable areas of concern. After every scheduled visit, you’ll receive a detailed electronic report, via email, with photos so you can see the condition of your property even when you can’t be there.

If I discover a problem, I’ll contact you promptly and let you know what I found. Since I also operate PLUMBING TECH and Paul Bros. Home Services LLC, many plumbing, repair, maintenance, and home- improvement issues can be handled directly by me, if you choose. Any repair or additional work will be discussed with you first, separately authorized, and billed separately from your ShoreKeeper Property Watch service.

ShoreKeeper is designed to be a personal, local service—not a large property-management company. When you sign up, I’m the person who visits your home, performs the inspection, prepares your report, and contacts you if something needs attention.
